I placed an order, and ten days later, it still hadn't shipped. So, I emailed admin@jimwendler.com and never got a response. Then, on Monday, it showed as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" and I could no longer cancel my order.
How can I cancel an order if they won't respond? Ten days is entirely too long to wait for something to ship. Over two days after it says that it's shipped, it still only shows that "Electronic Shipping Info Received".
